The Zojirushi Pressure Induction Heating (IH) Rice Cooker & Warmer utilizes superior induction heating technology to efficiently provide high heat, ensuring perfect rice every time. It is available in both 5.5-Cup and 10-Cup capacities. Featuring advanced fuzzy logic technology with AI (Artificial Intelligence), the AI technology "learns" and adjusts the cooking cycle to achieve flawless results.

This rice cooker comes with a detachable and washable stainless steel inner lid, an easy-to-clean flat interior, and an elegant clear coated stainless steel exterior. Included accessories are a measuring cup, spatula, and spatula holder.

With a capacity of up to 5.5 cups of uncooked rice or 1.0 liter, this cooker offers pressurized cooking and steaming, promoting gelatinization to produce sticky and plump rice. It automatically selects from 3 pressure levels based on the menu selected, utilizing 4 different pressure settings to achieve various textures. Additionally, pressure is applied at the end of steaming to eliminate excess moisture for the best cooking results.
